Appointments

Treatments are available by appointment at our New Britain office or in your home.

Fee Schedule

Acupuncture: $60 per treatment
Non-needle Therapy (Cupping/Moxa/GuaSha): $60 per treatment
Facial Rejuvenation: $100 per treatment
Herbal Consultation: free with any treatment

*Home visits will incur an additional travel fee of $2 per mile for each appointment.

Discounts for Returning Patients

Acupuncture works best when administered on a consistent, regular basis.
Patients returning for treatment at EZ Acupuncture & Herbs will receive $20 off all subsequent treatments. (We will bill you the full fee for your first appointment, and then deduct $20 off each future full-priced treatment.) This offer is valid only at our New Britain location and expires 9/30/2010. Please mention this offer when making your appointment.

Payments Accepted

Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

Health Insurance

Unfortunately, our office does not currently accept health insurance. However, many insurance companies, flexible spending accounts, and health savings plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network services, including acupuncture. We will provide you with a detailed statement of services upon request that you may submit to your particular plan for reimbursement. However, we do not guarantee reimbursement and it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to obtain payment.
