Policies
Please allow up 30 to 45 minutes for your initial consultation. Your first visit will include a review of your medical history, a discussion about your health and ailments, education about the benefits and risks of acupuncture, and acupuncture treatment. As part of your treatment, you may receive an herbal formula and dietary recommendations. Subsequent visits will usually last 30 to 45 minutes. Each cosmetic acupuncture session usually lasts about 60 minutes.
The recommended course of treatment is generally proportionate to the length of time you have experienced your ailment or illness. For facial rejuvenation, the recommended course of treatments is 10 sessions.
We are available for private and corporate events. Please also ask us about our cosmetic acupuncture (facial rejuvenation) parties.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash, and PayPal. Payments using PayPal (to payments@ezacupuncture.com) are due 24 hours before your appointment.

Package Discounts
To take advantage of our package discounts, the entire package must be purchased and paid at the time of the first treatment.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per person at your next appointment.
Gift certificates are available in amounts of $100 or more. We also offer a 10% discount for gift certificates over $1000. The entire value of the gift certificate must be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.
