Appointments

Treatments are available by appointment at our Hartford office. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm & Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Please call us at (860) 502-9462 to schedule an appointment.

Fees

Please contact us for a list of current fees. Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, PayPal, personal checks and Cigna health insurance. We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Health Insurance

We accept PPO, Open Access Plus and HMO (in-network coverage only) from Cigna Health Insurance. Please contact our office prior to your first visit to confirm that you are eligible for coverage of acupuncture services under your Cigna Health Plan.

You may also be eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network services (including acupuncture) from Blue Cross Blue Shield, flexible spending accounts and health savings plans. We will provide you with a detailed statement of services upon request that you may submit to your particular plan for reimbursement. However, we do not guarantee reimbursement and it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to obtain payment.
